Welcome to Edition #2 - where we laugh, learn, troll, and try to squeeze something useful out of all the ridiculousness the social timelines served up this week.
This week: Huber wouldn’t log off, a CBRE broker preached punctuality, and Barstool Sports walked in and stole the whole thing - with zero real estate involved (we just had to). Then Jake brought us home with the reason we’re all here in the first place: AI x CRE.
Marc Andreessen said it best recently: if you’re not on social, you have no idea what’s happening in the world. If you’re on it too much, you’re also completely out of touch with what’s happening in the world.
Opinions are our own (Jake & Quinn) - not the AI for CRE Collective.
Tread lightly. 🫡
POST OF THE WEEK 🏆:
Objectively the single greatest post I’ve seen in a long time. - Quinn
Every morning I sit on my balcony for 30-45 minutes and run my AM routine. My favorite part isn’t the coffee - it’s being outside listening to the birds. My wife is convinced I’ve lost my mind. Then yesterday a hawk landed right on our balcony rail, and the two of us just stared at each other, eye to eye. Highlight of my day.
So yeah, this one hit a little different.
It’s hysterical on the surface, but there’s a genuinely heartfelt story underneath. Dig into it below.
Samuel... kudos, brother. You are THE MAN. You aced it. 🦅
📍 WHAT HIT THE FEED?
3 posts in 5 hours. Huber doesn’t log off, doesn’t blink, and apparently doesn’t keep a content calendar - he just “fires.” Can’t with this guy on AI. Respectfully.
Woah. Look - us CRE guys carry our little stigma against the residential crowd. But credit where it’s due: residential brokers know how to market the hell out of a property. With the upcoming Anthropic, SpaceX, and OpenAI IPOs, hundreds of multimillion-dollar mansions are going to go live across Florida, Texas, and every other red state where the lifestyle lives up to the price. No doubt in our minds.

Jake has officially become “Dude with Sign.” But the man's been firing off the most relevant, timely AI, PropTech, and CRE news on the feed (and our Claude + Manus news scraping agents are doing the heavy lifting behind the scenes).
No wonder everyone looks at us sideways when we say we post on TikTok.
This is sick. Huge congrats to the Drafted team on the raise! We’ve got a pod with them dropping later this month. Now we just need to get them to hop over to the dark side… (cough, commercial, cough).

Last but certainly not least - Taylor gave a little glimpse into what it actually takes to be a real estate salesman, and we’re here for it. Being on time. Doing the little things. They stack up, and they’re exactly what separates the average from the good from the great. No hack, no agent, no shortcut on this one. Punctuality Pays. ⏱️
The Claude for CRE Masterclass Has Arrived
The AI for CRE Collective has spent weeks of heads-down work, and it’s finally DONE. The most comprehensive Claude Masterclass for Commercial Real Estate has arrived. 15 modules, every Claude capability mapped to real CRE work, from underwriting a stack of OMs, to building institutional decks in your brand, to plugging Claude into Yardi, Gmail, your calendar, etc.
It opens to the public on June 15th, 2026 at $997.
Premium Collective Members HAVE access to the Masterclass. It’s already in your classroom. Go watch Module 1.
If you’re Standard Collective Member, you can grab it as a standalone for $249 during the first 7 days, then it goes up. Upgrade to Premium later and we reimburse the difference, so there’s no penalty for jumping in now.
If you take a look at it now before it goes live - we have one ask: Go through it, then tell me what lands and what doesn’t. This feedback is crucial.
WHAT’S COMING UP
DealGround Webinar | Thursday, June 4 | 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET
We broke down DealGround in one of our Tool of the Week newsletters (and Pod) last month. Now we’re going live with the team for a working session. Dan Mosher and the DealGround team will run the platform on real deals, walk through the 2026 roadmap (multifamily, office, the open-ended AI query layer), and take questions from attendees live. If you’re a retail or industrial broker, block the time. If you’re in multifamily or office, this is the one to attend so you understand exactly what’s coming for your asset class.
Algoma Podcast drops | Wednesday, June 10 | 12 AM PT
We had Josef Bromovsky, Co-Founder & CEO of Algoma, give us a live demo. Type in any US address and within minutes you get zoning analysis, site capacity, flood zones, noise mapping, lot layouts, photo-realistic renders, and a pro forma — all driven by an AI agent you talk to in plain English.Josef co-founded Algoma out of Harvard Innovation Labs after watching developers burn tens of thousands of dollars just to find out a site won’t pencil. His claim: this cuts the entire pre-development process from three to four weeks and thousands in fees down to minutes.
